Hypnotherapy to stop and quit smoking

Hypnosis and stopping smoking in and around Leyland, Chorley and Preston

Because your reading this, its probably fair to say that you're looking to free yourself from the expensive, unhealthy and unsociable habit of smoking, and when all is said and done, it's just that, a habit.

If you’re like most smokers I talk to, you will have tried unsuccessfully to stop smoking many times. One important point to bear in mind is that on average most smokers have tried to quit at least seven times before succeeding, and on this journey you've probably tried patches, gum, cutting down, tablets and last but not least, will power.

Usually the last port of call for most smokers is hypnotherapy. Yet it's one of the most successful ways to quit smoking as it helps break the associations and habits of cigarettes by dealing directly with your subconscious.

What happens when you stop smoking

It's hard not be aware of the dangers of smoking. especially with smoking bans and the Government campaigns. So by now most smokers know about the dangers of smoking - namely lung cancer, heart disease, impotence, fertility problems. Yet very few people, smokers or non smokers, know how quickly the body starts to heal itself once you stop smoking. Here's what happens after you quit smoking, within:

Hypnosis can effectively stop smoking without cravings

The reason most smokers light up is to satisfy a FEELING that ends with pleasure. It can be a moment of relaxation, a moment of time for 'me'. Therefore, if you began smoking because of an emotional response, you can stop smoking by changing the emotional response. Part of the process is to teach you some useful skills to help deal with any emotional responses.

Our subconscious mind and our body communicate with us all the time, we simply choose to ignore it. Think back to your first cigarette, was it juicy and tasty? Probably not, if you're like most smokers, you coughed, spluttered, may have been violently ill. What was you body telling you?

But you persisted because it served a purpose at the time, friendship, being one of the crowd etc. The reward was worth it! You convinced your body into believing that smoking was good, and so over time your body accepted the smoke. But true or false, if you were burning garden waste or newspaper and got a lungful of smoke, what would happen? You'd probably cough and splutter. So your body accepts one, but not the other!

If you want to be a non-smoker, then you must address the root cause of your desire to smoke. The most effective and natural way to do this is by accessing the power of your subconscious mind. The same determined will and powerful mind you used to suppress your bodies natural aversion to breath smoke when you first started

As well as the health benefits, there are also the financial benefits for you to consider. If you smoke a pack of 20 cigarettes a day, you're going to be around £2000+ per year better off. I'm sure you can think of other things you could spend that on?

What's the cost of treatment?

The cost per session is £60.00. If your smoking is purely a habit, then 1 session normally takes care of it. If it's a compulsion and smoking is covering another issue then 2 or more sessions may be needed to address any underline issues

How can I pay for treatment?

Payment be made in cash, cheque, debit card, Visa or MasterCard at the end of each session.
