Hello and Welcome, my name is Chris Gelder and I am a CNCH registered Hypnotherapist based near Blackpool and I can help you achieve positive personal change in your life.

Hypnotherapy is a proven and powerful technique to help people deal with all kinds of issues in their lives. My belief is that anything that stress and anxiety make worse, hypnosis and hypnotherapy can make better.

As a fully qualified hypnotherapist based in Leyland Lancashire, I can help you overcome a variety of issues including phobias, smoking, PTSD, IBS, trauma, lack of confidence or anxiety.

In putting this site together my aim is to answer as many questions as possible and give you the information that you require to make an informed choice on how hypnotherapy may help you.

What's the cost per session?

The cost per session is £60, with each session normally lasting between 90 minutes to 2 hours.

My office is within easy reach of Blackpool and has excellent road links to Poulton, Lytham and the North West.
