What's the cost per session?

The cost per session is £60, with each session normally lasting between 90 minutes to 2 hours.

As you may expect, the number of sessions required to deal with your issue will vary according your individual circumstances and needs.

Many problems and challenges can be overcome within 3 to 6 sessions every 1 or 2 weeks, while other more complicated issues such as depression and PTSD may require more sessions spread over a longer period of time.

When we work together we will work at your pace, with each session taking as long as it takes to reach the goal of that session.

We won't book several sessions in advance, and so whether you choose to come in twice a week or twice a year, I can work with you to help you find your success

There are several factors that affect the speed of change and these are motivation, dedication and an open minded attitude to the process.

What can i expect on the first session?

Your initial session is designed to provide the foundation needed for you to be successful. During this session we take as much time as necessary to get an understanding of what's going on. Even at this early stage we'll start to work on the problem to let out some of the pressure inside of you.

How can I pay for treatment?

Payment is per session and can be paid in cash, debit card, Visa or MasterCard at the end of each session.

Missed appointments

Please note that missed appointments, including no-shows and cancellations without at least 24 hours' notice, may be charged the full session fee. This policy is in place out of respect for both the my time and other clients who may be waiting for an available slot.
